Our most measurable long-term goal: help return abandoned, adjudicated, and underutilized properties to commerce, housing, culture, and community use by 2035. Every partnership and activated property advances this goal.

1735 Inc. is supported through grants, individual donors, sponsorships, and organizational partnerships. We are actively seeking funders, partners, and supporters who share our vision for communities where every neighborhood has the resources it needs to grow.
